Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
How to send your return or exchange
Returns are free for domestic customers located within the U.S. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a pre-paid return label.
Please note, any international shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
To ship an item back to Touche LA please:
- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
- For exchanges: It is strongly recommended that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
- Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
Touche LA is not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.
Damaged ItemsIf you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
